1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND OWNERSHIP OF WEB PAGES
PB-PEOPLE BESIDE is the exclusive portal that it makes available to internet users in order to provide information about all the services it offers as a public communication company.

The websites described above (hereinafter referred to as ‘Web Pages’) are internet portals whose purpose is to offer services and content, as well as access to news and other content that may or may not have been created specifically for online publication.

In compliance with the duty to inform established in Article 44 of Law 03/2017 of January 9, known as the Electronic Transactions Law, it is hereby informed that PB-PEOPLE BESIDE is the trade name of the company COLHER, with registered office at Rua de Timor Leste, nº 108, Caixa Postal 1604 Baixa – Maputo, Republic of Mozambique and registered at the Registry of Legal Entities under number 13035.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1. These General Conditions regulate access to the content and all services offered by PB-PEOPLE BESIDE through its Web Pages, as well as their use by Users. However, PB-PEOPLE BESIDE reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Web Pages and services, as well as the conditions required for their access and/or use. Access to and use of the Content and Services after the entry into force of any modifications or alterations implies acceptance thereof.
2.2. Notwithstanding that access to certain content and use of certain services may be subject to certain specific conditions, which, depending on the case, will replace, supplement and/or modify these general terms of use, in case of contradiction, the contradictory terms of the specific conditions shall prevail over the general conditions. In this case, the User must carefully read the specific conditions created for this purpose by COLHER.
2.3. Access, browsing and use of the Web Pages implies and presupposes acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and the Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with its content, they must refrain from using the Web Pages.
2.4. In this sense, User shall be understood to be the natural person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities, whether free or paid, developed through the Web Pages.

3. ACCESS
3.1. In general, access to information from the various Contents and Services existing on the Web Pages, as well as their navigation, will be free and unrestricted, not requiring Users to register with the consequent delivery of their personal data or the use of passwords.

3.2. Access to the Web Pages by minors is prohibited, except with the prior and express authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for the acts carried out by the minors under their care, in accordance with current regulations. In any case, it will be presumed that access by a minor to the Web Pages occurred with the prior and express authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.

4. COPYRIGHT AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1. All Content and Services on the Web Pages are the exclusive property of XIXU.TECH or third parties and are protected by Copyright and Related Rights, as well as Industrial Property Rights under Mozambican laws and international conventions, and may not be used outside the conditions permitted on the Web Pages and without the prior and express consent of XIXU.TECH.
4.2. All texts, images, illustrations, photographs, advertising, trademarks and other elements of intellectual and industrial property existing on the Web Pages are protected by law, and any copying, reproduction, dissemination or transmission, use, modification, sale, publication, distribution or any other use, in whole or in part, commercial or non-commercial, by any means whatsoever, is expressly prohibited.
4.3. If any User considers that any of the content on the Web Pages makes their copyright or industrial property rights vulnerable, they must send a communication with the following information:
i. Identification data and contact details of the complainant.
II. Documentation proving your status as the holder of the allegedly infringed rights.

5. COOKIES
5.1. Cookies are data files (in text format) exchanged between the web page server and the browser, and which are subsequently returned with each new connection. These files are stored on the User’s computer and allow the system to remember characteristics or browsing preferences from previous sessions.
5.2. PB-PEOPLE BESIDE uses cookies when the user browses through its web pages, but these cookies are not invasive or harmful, and do not contain personal information.
5.3. If desired, the User can disable cookies, or delete those that have already been stored, by following the instructions of their browser.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
PB-PEOPLE BESIDE’s policy regarding privacy and the protection of personal data can be consulted in a separate document and accessed through the Web Pages.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The general and specific terms of use of PB-PEOPLE BESIDE’s Web Pages, as well as the relationships established between PB-PEOPLE BESIDE and the User, are governed by current Mozambican legislation. Any dispute that may arise between PB-PEOPLE BESIDE and the user shall be submitted to the Judicial Court of the City of Maputo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
