FC Porto concluded their participation in the Champions League group stage with a 27-28 defeat at home against Polish side Wisla Plock, in a match of the 14th round held at the Dragão Arena.
At the end, coach Magnus Andersson did not hide his dissatisfaction with the team’s performance, which let victory slip away in the final stages after gaining a two-goal lead.
For the coach, the first 15 minutes of the second half were crucial, as the team managed to equalize after trailing 13-15 at halftime.
Porto players António Areia and Jack Thurin each scored six goals, but the top scorer of the match was Croatian Tin Lucin, with nine.
